Seems like the problem is rectified now.

However - be aware the planned outage this evening:
Planned Outage Alert: The Everton ticketing site (via Ticketmaster) will be completely unavailable from 7–8 am on Wednesday, 8th October, due to scheduled maintenance. The site will be offline during this time.

Yeah it's finally fixed, went back up just after 9, should have got mine Monday but have hasd 0 credits and a different number on my account.
As I've been in work unable to call in except on my short dinner break with zero chance off getting through.
Ticket master is abysmal and our box office is not far behind, what a cushy number to work there, they keep shorter hours than primary school kids useless melon heads.

I have two tickets seated next to each other in Village Street. Premium membership, complimentary drinks before kick off and half time and a food option and programme included.

They don't go on sale mate.

Forever Blue+ members can apply for tickets in the ballot on a Monday/Tuesday, the club then lets people who have successfully gained tickets know on the Thursday and Friday, every Forever Blue member can then access the club's official ticket resale site to buy tickets that STH's are reselling up until the day of the match.

Just as an FYI, the ballot for the Spurs game opened on Monday 29th September and the game isn't till 26th October so it's definitely not a "buy on Monday for Saturday's game" thing.

One of my lads and I will go the Fulham home game in November. We both have Forever Blue + memberships. The ticker ballot for us is this coming Monday. My son has not been to the new ground yet. So...
Can I apply for 2 seats, next to each other?
How does the whole BALLOT thing work?
What is getting a ticket based on?

Yeah you get asked if you want tickets together, then a choice of two parts of the ground, then asked whether you'd accept seats in other parts of the ground if they're not available in your two chosen parts.

Based on luck of the draw.
