I gave my ticket back for the West Ham game as I'm away for work, I still don't see any credit for it on my account, 'kin hard work this ticketing system.

Any ideas why I can't accept this ticket sent from friend and family network member? I'm FB+ and they are ST. I have no idea what common delivery method even means. Just absolute jargonView attachment 327375

Had exactly this ( well my dad did) for wham, when I transferred to him. He couldn't accept it, and it actually was on a Friday. Saturday was still the same, but on the Monday it actually worked. No idea why. I put it down to too much traffic over the system on the initial resale day after ballot.

It might not have sold yet, you only get the credit if someone buys it from the resale site.

I just looked back in the ticketing changes thread, where I reached out with the same issue, it was Friday evening September 5th. So end of the Wham ballot week.
No game over that weekend.
Genuinely think it can't handle transfers at end of a ballot week

Yeah, I thought they gave you the credit two days after the game. I've got nothing so maybe it wasn't sold.

Ideally 1 senior and 1 juniorbut would take ANY 2 together.

I have forwarded a couple of tkts for recent games by whatsap but they seem to be blocking that now. To save paying the member fee cud i send to a family and friends member and when they receive the email cud they send the email to someone else?
