And why exactly should we stay loyal to him? Should Spurs stand loyal to Juande Ramos? He won them a trophy. What about McLeish at Birmingham? They both brought a success to their clubs and then fell apart. Football is a cruel game, mate. I'm against knee-jerk reactions and believe me - I would accept one mediocre season (10th place for example) and manager who tries new things. But we are terrible and he's doing nothing about it!

I honestly amazed how you can keep the faith that it's all gonna magicaly "click" next season for him. How's that possible and achievable? He spent 5 of his 6 seasons nearby the relegation zone. You could easily judge that last season was a total fluke by him and he's not capable to manage a team with european aspirations.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say a fair few of the people who voted to keep him in did so in the belief that Martinez had finally realised the error of his ways after what happened in the first leg against Kiev.
 
Like the poll as any outcome on anything in real life.

Its peoples views regarding what they are watching; if they want him in one week and out the other leave it be; you're the only one on who takes these things seriously

Your time to unseat a manager has come and gone.
 
But he won the FA Cup beating some mighty sides like Bournemouth, Macclesfield, Huddersfield, Millwall and Moyes bottlers.

He's great.
