I honestly felt with a bit of disipline and composure we could have got a result there,we fell to pieces and nothing was done to try and alter it until it was too late,it was poor team selection and poor management tonight, Naismith is not a premier league player,Barry is gone,besides them two another 5/6 players are needed and we wont have the money to get them in,so even replacing the manager wont solve the problems ahead

Replacing the manager is exactly what we need the tactics are killing us.
He is getting shown up every week and the players look as lost as him.
Added to that he keeps picking players that should be nowhere near the 1st team

I'm not saying he spotted him.
Frankly I don't think there's any such thing in today world when people on forums know players who play for the U16 in every team.
However he was able to convince him to join. Maybe after this season that magic has worn off but he bought probably the best striker we've had at the club since Lineker and Sharp.
