Sorry mate, you're quite right. Like many, I'm happy enough to give Martinez another half a season, but if he starts next season poorly, he's likely to have lost the majority of the match going fanbase.
Under normal circumstances I'd shout down anyone who said match going fans are more important than those not fortunate enough to get to Goodison, but if Goodison vocally turns against him next season, he's going to find it tough to hold onto his job.

Martinez has had such a great season , give him a break. getting beat at home by Sunderland is a result we should have embraced, you can't win them all!! We have had a good run in the previous 7, fancy expecting a win today, fools!!
First ten minutes against Sunderland we play it across the back four slick and fast and look dangerous, look down at Martinez and he is telling them to slow it down!!!!!!

Don't you remember the miracle of Goodison last year and 72 points? He deserves a lot longer than a season and a half of gashness before we forget about that.
I mean look at jesus, he performed a miracle with some fish and has done practically nothing ever since but people still believe in him over 2000 years later.
Martinez needs till 4015 in order to ween all the troglodytes off Sargeant Major Moyes' agricultural hoofball.

He wasn't a Everton fan, he was a Liverpool fan saying that Martinez gets a good deal from the press because he talks well, but when it comes down to the grind Pardew in time has proven himself to be a better manager. He also said Moyes got better results in the transfer market.

They don't get them on the fans ring in. He was a RS but made some good points.
I like Martinez and want him here for at least 3 more seasons to prove all his doubters right or wrong. This summer and transfers will be a big test for him but if he ain't got much to spend then it will be even more difficult. No quick fixes at Everton anymore but Martinez deserves time like our 2 previous managers
