Something has to change either he gets a proper war chest to make a difference at the end of the season or he has to go because there is nothing about this season that says he can do anything with this squad ,
Now we are out there is no hiding place he has to show what he is made of it will make or break him , if we dont win at qpr the fans will be all over him .

How many games at home do we have left? is it 5 or 6 games.
It,s going to be brutal at home for the manager and players.

League Performance. Lowest points tally in PL history.
FA Cup. Out first round.
League Cup. Out first round, stuffed 3-0.

Europa was his saving grace this season. That performance, that naivety, has now put an extra black mark against him.

He currently has a job for two reasons.

1. Last season.
2. Kenwright being a clown and giving him a 5 year contract/mural on the back of one decent season.

That doesn't make for great reading.

Yes I do.

You have to get past the fog of war tonight.

Look, 70% on here up until tonight thought he would get it right next season given they voted Martinez IN after the Newcastle game.

Now he's got to go?

It's mad as a box of frogs.

We've been here four or five times this season alone. It never changes and always people swing back to keeping Martinez.

It's utterly laughable and I'll be here on Sunday at 6pm again to remind them of how mad they all are when the next poll swings wildly the other way.

You KNOW I'm not making this up and that it's all true.

I am embarrassed for many people tonight...not angry, just embarrassed.

It's pitiful, it really is.
In the words of Andy Warhol " everybody has there 15 minutes of fame" you have had yours now so its time to get back to basics and remember why you come on here you are an Evertonian and I would imagine you must want whats be best for Everton rather than running a one man campaign to make yourself look good in the hope that one day you can say I told you so, i was right all along.
I want whats best for Everton and its as clear as the nose on my face that is not Roberto Martinez

He's not going to resign on a five year bumper contract is he?

And therein lays the rub

The only way he'll go will be if we get relegated. He'll be off to a new club and the fiery remnants of our playing staff will labour in the second tier, and probably stay there

The only way he'll stop managing us is when we drop to such a level that he just won't be arsed with sticking around

Hence, he'll keep doing what he wants. He can milk that FA Cup win to get a semi decent job on the continent

Come on lads, lets all step away from the laptop, put down our phones and have a little chill.

Lets discuss this all again Sunday.

Alactraz was awful, but he wasnt on Sunday, we played well, we went at them, Ross hit the woodwork twice and if Alaatataraz wasnt such a bad mong we would have won that game with ease.

We go again Sunday.

Saw the interview earlier. Here are the highlights honestly transcribed

As it happens the game goes into that mood

I was please we got the away goal

And then the second half we were lookin for the away goal again

We were trying to find a way to get the goal

They had their day today

Its a moment to be disappointed

But we had an incredible experience

Phenomenal memories

Now we are going to get more desire to fulfil the potential

We have a squad that is capable of competing in any competition
