Sounds like to me you have made your mind up, as October is little or no time at all
Unless we struggle in the same way as this year - 3-5 years is giving him the chance to revamp the club from the academy through to the senior squad, and he can set the foundations for the club to build.

I find it very difficult.

There's so much about him I utterly despise.
