Now that is a sweeping statement but I shall accept your indictment of my ignorance as I do not want old histrionics in this debate about RM.

Culloden being about freedom, man. Come on.

Both sides of that fight wanted a united kingdom, just one wanted one king in charge and another a different one. It wasn't about scottish seperatism, there were scots in both armies.

I mean I'm not saying Moyes was a great manager or out. He wasn't, he failed here.

But if you didn't enjoy any game under him, I kind of worry about you.

I never said that though did I. I said performances this season and in particular last year exceeded anything produced under him.
It all depends; do you prefer a backs to the wall, hold on and win one nil or do you prefer watching a team control a game, control opponents, master their own destiny.

We've seen plenty of both under both managers.

I can completely understand people wanting Moyes back instead of Martinez. With Moyes it was a case of 'Comfortably Numb' whereas with Martinez its 'Goodbye Cruel World'.

On a serious note though, Bobby is to Everton what Moyes was to ManU, out of his depth.

All of those better than Wolfsburg away?
Please.

What is the basis for comparison?

My favourite type of football is where we dominate the game high up the pitch and create tons of chances. If I can pick one random game it would be a 3-1 win over Southampton at home in 2012.

Wolfsburg away was soaking up loads of pressure and hitting them on the break twice. It was against a far better team but it was a far less entertaining performance.
