We need to back this feller 100%.

Season's a write off. I think we all get that. No one is happy. Some are sick of people defending Martinez and others are sick of the attacks on him. We all get it. It's happened and we have to live with it and move on.

If we got rid of Martinez after what happened here last season it would be as alarming as it would be shameful.

I think he has about 51.4733234775% of my support currently.

Will update when necessary.

LOL

And if we retain a Manager that has 2 wins in the last 20 games we would be the biggest joke in the league.
I dont hear any laughter. tbh.

They'd laugh if we got rid of a man who got us a record PL season the very next season...and rightly so.

I know I am leaving myself open to millions of one liners like - yes!!!!:dodgy:

But is it really just me that after yet another disastrous defeat I search all forms of media waiting for the announcement that he has gone!!!!:celebrate:

Only to be disappointed as BK won't even give him a vote of confidence, that tells all supporters that he has been read the riot act and unless results improve NOW he will be taking a long walk on a short plank.

And then we will probably scrape a dodgy win at QPR that will be phenomenal and finish 17th, but with the promise that things can only get better.

Have to go now as am checking Liverpool Echo, bbc.co.uk, toffeeweb.com and then Mr Google, wishful thinking I know.

So bring it on, yes me!!!!!!!!!:coffee:
No it's not just you!! I remember being at Walter Smith's last game, away to Middleborough in the cup. The match was beyond us at 3-0 and I was hoping they'd score more so that Walter couldn't possibly survive.
That's the way it is now. I feel that Martinez will survive unless it goes absolutely pear shaped against QPR.

The whole league laughs at us, when we cry abar the meeja ignoring us, this is a club that hasnt won a single pot in 20 years and we think we are still relevant, its utter comical.

And then, we have a superb squad and the fella in charge picks Tim Howard, Gareth Barry and Steven freaking Naismith, EVERY game.

I can hear the laughter David, it keeps me awake at night, I bet you sleep like a baby tho, I bet when you go to sleep you picture the words 72 point, record season, well thats gone David and whats left is ugly, wake up David, its time for school.

All good/great managers adapt, change, and are positive.

He has shown he can be all 3. Well he never stops being positive!

He has shown he can attract ace players. He has also shown a certain inconsistency in his transfers. All managers have signed junk.

If this was his first season, then no doubt in my mind he would no longer be here. But it isnt. But it is his first season in Europe.

If we dump him, we might be canning (maybe) one of the best managers we have ever had. Ifs and buts basically.

Jesus wept.

How on earth does a man who got us playing football last season and record numbers of wins and points deserve this?

I'd hate to be like you.

You've lost it - UTTERLY LOST IT

Hes coached the Moyes out of the players and whats left is just Wigan.

Dont recall Wigan getting to the last 16 in a European competition.

But then we only had 3 Wigan players playing last night.

Been baffled since Christmas me, but, well, see above.
