Im not annoyed we sent Kean out.

I am slightly concerned that we have nobody other than DCL tho.

But Tosun could probably score goals in this team and everybody claims they want Ellis Simms to be given a chance, plus Rico can play up top.

Hamez is our most important player tho, if we lost him there's nobody in the world that could replace him.

Is there any chance that we'll even see Simms?

Doubt it. Think Rico and Tosun will get the nod over him at striker if DCL isn’t fit.

Simms should absolutely be on loan (the Kean situation nixed unfortunately). Tosun is more than likely going to see some minutes unless that injury literally killed him.

And I do think any striker can succeed with this supporting cast behind them so I think we’d be okay

Might work out well. Our plan is to sell him. There's only 2 months til the next window opens. Give him minutes, he gets a couple of goals, we sell him for decent money.

Hmm, i thought he'd be better for us tbh, our success does seem pretty much down to ancelotti and whilst brands has done good things, two seasons in a row he's left us very short in a key position. He didn't learn his mistake last year by leaving us short in attack and i do feel he could have done a bit better in offloading players, especially on perms.

But it was a tough job, him and ancelotti seem to be working well so maybe a year and a half extension from Jan and re evaluate.
