Tim Howard has been a fooking disgrace this season, today he was an absolute joke.

Also, why why why why why wasn't Eto brought on?!
because Osman offered us more mate. Pienaar went off injured after opening them up so he brought on someone who could do the same job. Eto'o as good as he is doesn't quite have the same skill set that Osman and Pienaar do.

Fed up of reading anyone dissing Lukaku.

It's the same with every striker we ever buy. You love him because he scores, then when Everton create absolutely 0 chances for them over the course of months and months the striker stops scoring and the Evertonians will get on his back. Just leave it out! Realistically, he may as well not have even had a shot today. He got a header at the end, and a half volley v 2 defenders and De gea in the box on the turn after a long punt up field. We could have Messi and Ronaldo upfront and if we didn't make them chances then you'd all call them both [Poor language removed] as well.

Baines had a terrible penalty. Really upset me that. Would've looked boss had he sent the keeper the wrong way, but I just think trying to come back into a game you really just need to smash it in the top corner and be done with it.

McGeady had another poor game for me, doesn't really fill me with confidence for a 90 minute game. He'd be doing much better if Mirallas was still fit, as only having the one option really limits us. Keep the faith in him though, the talent is there.

Stones better not be injured for ages. Need him and Jags 100% fit all the time. Hibbert needs to go though, Browning looks somewhat better and will obviously only improve with experience based on his age.

Besic looks solid. Will grow into the team with confidence, would be nice though if we were playing well around him for 90 minutes though, give him a real taste of Everton.

Oviedo & Pienaar are back, will be an asset certainly in europe etc.

We show glimpses of beauty, and let us shower ourselves in dross for 60 minutes. Can't tell if the players were knackered from Krasondar or what, but the end to the game was certainly inspiring - it's just always too late. De Gea saved Man U with some worldies and you can't take that away from him.

Edit: + How much better did we look with osman in the team! He changed our midfield play into attack, and we'd been missing that all game, neither barry or besic could do it on their own. Osman to start next game with Besic and Barry behind him, Lukaku in front

His team now, his pre-season, his tactics, his way

massive difference, holes everywhere not being addressed, no intensity in the play and no flair going forward

same every week, its getting boring and quick

Going into October with erious confidence issues and now its turned into a battle to get out

Season over, calling it early yes but we're a shadow of our former selves in every department.

Toppled with a tough early draw, Europe action, bad luck and heavy injuries it was just never going to happen unless we luck through some games.

Which we already got some lucky draws, no where near look like winning a game.

Oh dear.

I think we've just been a bit unlucky so far this season; first with the defensive howlers now with injuries. Even today should have been at least a draw.

We all know all it takes is a couple of wins to turn your season around; look at ourselves and Liverpool last year.

Thought besic was ok today mcgeady and pienarr were awfull naismith was ok lukaku was terrible didnt hold the ball up till the 90th minute deserves to be dropped to the bench and eto'o to start hopefully stones injury isnt bad and martinez can organise a friendly so oviedo pienarr if his injury isnt bad barkley coleman can get some game time

I would happily see Robles get a good run of games while Howard learns how to kick a ball or deal with a cross or make a save in more than two out of five games. "Secretary of Defense" - don't make me laugh.

Im still positive we'll challenge top 7 this year, no chance with probably top 5 though.
Tough games out the way, we need to come out with our dicks swinging and go on a run when we come back from the break

The second half was much better, we could have snatch a draw, points are not going to be easy this season. I said earlier with our bad luck that we would lose Stones next to an injury, lets hope its not too bad. Keep the faith and support the team and manager, lets not put them under extra pressure. Like the look of Browning.
We won't be told how bad it is until after Xmas break
