No, in fact they actually subtract from your goals tally.

Yep. He's not completely to blame though. The service has mostly been awful.

That should be our main priority this summer. Scouting the market for a playmaker and focusing our tactics on getting the best out of him. He's our record signing and if we can tap into his ability properly we could have a 30 goal a season striker.

Obviously Rom needs to improve as well, but he knows this. And he will. I just think we're not helping him at all.

9 league goals (including penalties) is pretty poor for Rom.

I think he can easily bag 15 league goals from open play next season, especially if Barkley plays to his ability. When those two are able to combine in attack, it provides more goal scoring opportunities for both players.

Also, Rom needs to continue working on his first touch.

I think scoring 19 goals in a season playing the majority of it in front of Steven bleeding Naismith is pretty incredible to be honest.

Playing for Arsenal, Lukaku would score a bagful! The type of creative players they have in abundance is what we're crying out for, so we can play to his strengths.

No question that Lukaku has for the most part this season been pretty damn poor. Little spells of playing well here and there but on a whole you could say its not been the best.

You can point to his service and our other players not providing him opportunities, but he also doesn't help himself either. For me he doesn't do enough off the ball, he doesn't create enough space for himself. His movement off the ball is very average for the most part and so its absolutely no wonder we don't score from crosses into the box and drag backs.
