Think you are doing Cahill a deservice there. Yes all three are potentially world class and I have no doubt they will all develop into top players. Cahill whilst never deserving of the tag 'world class' was still one of the most respected players in the premiership from his peers and pundits alike. He put his body on the line for Everton time and time again. He was my favourite player from the moyes era and it was a) sad that his body in his last 12 months here at Everton prevented him from putting in his usual Stellar performances and b he never got the send off he deserved. It was great to see him back at Goodison for 'moyes' swansong' but I bet even he is disgusted at moyes' lack of respect that he has shown the club since. When he retires I would love him back at Goodison in some capacity as him and Dunc 'are Everton through and through'. Although after this window how he has conducted himself and his ability, baines is getting up there with them as a Everton legend.
Chucklehead, you still have to have an end product and Tim produced for us countless times. Don't even try to play down what he brought to a game.

I doubt it's in Chelsea's mind currently to let Lakaku go but the thing with them lot and all there cash "you just never know". As was seen with Rooney this summer if they see a top striker possibly available they will go for him. They could quite possibly bring in and spend multi millions on 2 strikers next summer (Ibra) for eg. or whoever else becomes available.
From there alot depends on Lakaku, is he happy being 3rd choice at Chelsea and desperate to prove his worth there, or does he fall in love with our club and rather a move to be star man?

This is another huge motivating factor for him this season. World cup is coming up and Lukaku is down the pecking order for Belgium, specifically behind Benteke. Courtois dethroned Mignolet in goal last year with his stunning performances on loan to Atletico Madrid (he's only 21) and Lukaku will be looking to do the same to Benteke. Couldn't have picked a better year to take him on tbh.
