He's scoring a goal every two games for us - no fluke as it matches what he did at WBA.

Really do wonder how much Chelsea want for him and what we can do to sign him if we didnt have Champs League.

Do you rate him enough for us to pay over the odds for him? That's an ambiguous question, I know, but have a crack...

Personally, I don't think he's as good as people make out and wouldn't want to pay the amount that Chelski would hold out for him.

There would be no point us signing him if he is going to be starved of service.

And that is what has happened during the past couple months.

I can't think of any sitters he has missed or anything like that.

Just the lad getting into good positions and our guys shooting......and missing....from all angles.

The opposition defence KNOW that if Mirrallas has the ball anywhere near/in the area, he ain't passing it to ANYONE

...and Barkley is still a boy in pro football terms. Time will tell whether he has the football smarts to go with the physical talent and he can develop an all round game that involves the killer through ball.

Chelsea supposedly paid £10m for him, which could rise to £17m but as he's hardly played for them it won't have been that much. I don't think they'll demand a ridiculous fee. Maybe £17/18m or something? If the player wants it, it could happen. As Bill once said, you don't need £10m to buy a £10m player.

We need to sign a striker
