Best goal there for me is easily King Tims killer overhead net buster at Chelsea . I was in a boozer near mine and unusually it was chocker with Evertonians ( Never was before and never has since ) and when that goal went in the place went fcuking mental . The landlady who doesnt really like football but parades round with a Liverpool top on just to wind the mancs up that go in there freaked out and started telling everyone to calm down . This was met with about 15 steaming blokes telling to " fcuk off " . Funny memory .

i say we rotate the yak and saha. i feel that saha is less lazy than the yak. the yak can slow down sometimes and thats when saha and jo will be essential

Wonder when it's all said and done Jo could move into the Ronaldo like role at Utd. I think Yak for 60 or 70 minutes then Saha coming on was a excellent call.

Does anyone else think Saha is one the best forwards when it comes to turning defenders and getting a shot away. After seeing the highlights of last night, i reckon half of his goals come from nothing. I reckon he should start until Yak is back at 100%

I think Saha when fit is world class.
Yakubu will have a very hard time getting back in the side if Saha keeps his run of form up.

I love the idea of the Yak battering the funk out of defenders for 60 minutes and Louis coming on to finish them off!

3 goals in 2 games in a good start to what can be a brilliant season for him lets face it ,its gonna take yak to get back to full strength saha is going to be extremly important player

More impressed that when Bestikas offered 8 million, Saha told Moyes he wanted to stay because he had things to prove.

When fit, world class. Dangerous in creating his own shot and seems to be in the right place at the right time... just what you want in a striker.

Rathbone should be living with Saha to make sure his fitness is solid. Don't see Moyes pushing Saha on the fitness end much either - he knows how valuable so he'll be used strategically.

I know when we first signed Saha , there were a lot of negative feelings about the prospect .
Personally I'm starting to think some of the doubters may be changing their minds , and starting to realise what a great asset to the squad he is .
He looks very sharp at the moment , and is starting to look like the Saha we all knew since the last part of last season . I'm starting to think he might even stay fit and be a real predator for us .

Or I could be wrong .

I expected more from him to be honest.

What are your thoughts on the season? You badly need 2-3 players in my eyes or at least a top drawer player. An Aguero, Ribery, Messi. You lack 1 at the moment, you have so many average players and the diving swan isnt there to save you.
