I was just pondering what his sauce preference would be, I was hoping he'd be a Tobasco/Brown/Hot Chilli/Salad type but Im leaning towards BBQ/Mayo/Ketchup.

Tough one that. It can change due to seasonal variances but at the moment the top three are:

1 - Salad Cream
2 - Tzatsiki
3 - Brown

Im saving hot sauce sensation for the winter I think.

Used to love chilli. But had far too many late night kebabs when I was much, much younger, chilli is lovely on the way in, but on the way out, it hurts like hell. It put me off.
