So because there’s such a thing as white privilege it means people can’t be racist towards whites? Nah, talking out your arse there.

Start excusing Racism in any form and you start down a slippery slope, after all if a black lad could justify beating up a white lad because he was tired of years of systematic oppression, why couldn’t a white lad beat a black lad up under the pretence of being worried about his personal safety, because under statistics blacks are more likely to commit violent crimes?

No mate, you’re shutting down debate because what you’re talking about is indefensible.

You’ve said that it’s okay for BAME to be racist because whites, as a generalised race, have used privilege over generations to retain control.

I’m struggling to reconcile how the use of a generalised view of a race (whites have control over BAME) is any different to any other generalised view of a race (blacks are more likely to commit a crime) and how, if Racism is to be overcome that the former is any more acceptable than the latter.

Are there examples of WP? Yes. But using it as an excuse for Racist behaviour is incredibly stupid.

Change all of the victims to vulnerable black/asian girls and 20+ members of a gang of groomers to be all white and 100% it would be played out as racism in the media.

Thats the reason why I've slowly drifted away from the left in recent years and moved to the centre - I realised that the left is just as short sighted as the right and the only difference is the views they stand for.

If it was just paedophilia why didnt they target any children of their own community? You do realise the majority of abused children know their perpetrator and often they will be family members and/or close friends.

I stand by to be corrected here mate because I’m genuinely not certain and I’m paraphrasing , but weren’t you arguing earlier that the problems were To do with Policing and discrimination were related to class and not race ? Now it seems in your last couple of posts you’re arguing that grooming was a race issue and not a class issue ? It does seem like you’ve done a complete 180 .
