The Tory party at Westminster are currently committing political suicide. It’ll be good to throw them out, deselect a whole bunch of them and start again. There comes a time with every political organisation where the ingrates are blinded by their own ego’s and pomposity. This group needs removing and starting afresh…..

It's the right way to go about it. No matter which side you're on, you have to hold leaders to account when they don't know what they're doing.

There's actually not much point in her carrying on. She is devalued and her appointment of the less than dynamic Hunt as chancellor is hardly a life-saver.

It's been quite some feat. In fact I am impressed...

although it wasn't something promised, or possibly even thought about, she has managed to unite almost the entire country against her and the tories in very quick time. I realise there was a lot of groundwork laid by boris before her and theres an element of poison that exists from his reign (and very very rightly so) but as a lightning rod she has drawn the ire of the international community who are now making jokes in press conferences about her decisions.

I dont even think hes that charismatic. Hes just very entitled. He is a good salesman, and recognises a good opportunity.

I also dont think hes that bright. I'm normally very wary of people who constantly do things like needlessly quote Latin, or whatever. Its overkill, developed from insecurity. The people I've met who are really clever dont do that. They dont need to.

Johnson created a public persona and was given plenty of opportunity to promote his brand on TV and in friendly print media.

Promoting the “Boris” brand from his time as London mayor, many embraced the buffoonish caricature as a contrary disruptor to the establishment. Voters were on first name, pub friendly terms with him, or so they were allowed to think.

With the aid of the tame media again, his obvious failings, character flaws and general unsuitability for public office were kept hidden from view.

Johnson was and remains a thoroughly dishonest, uncaring, lazy, wretch of a human being.

Anyone suggesting he be allowed back to a position of power is still buying the cynical marketing, not the man and ignoring the evidence of their own eyes and ears.
