He played over 300 games for Everton and is easily one of our best players since the 80s. Your only gripe is he had some constructive criticism against Martinez. That is it, that is all you have come up with as a slight against his career and character. That is just weird and deserves ridicule. Oh, and the opinion (not fact) that he may have wanted to move to Man Utd.
