How those three refs (atkinson, moss and mason) are considered premier league level is an absolute joke. Saying that, the rest aren't much better. as dan walker tweeted, not only did the refs get all the penalty decisions wrong last night, but so did those operating var with the benefit of slow mo and 100 different angles. It's shameful these idiots are in control of games.

It really is time Mike Riley's position is called in to question because he's overseen and enabled the mess over the last few years. Remember it's not even just about this season and the use of VAR because our officials have been shocking for quite some time hence ZERO being invited to the World Cup.

He's made some proper outlandish excuses and claims this season to boot such as not using pitch side monitors to keep the game ''flowing''.

It’s not that refs are inept, it’s that they’re corrupt. If they were inept then these things would break evenly over a long period of time. Instead it breaks the way of United Liverpool and Arsenal over and over again whilst other teams like City Spurs ourselves seem to be on the end of bad calls all the time.

Any armchair fan can see the right call when it’s slowed down for VAR. Most can call it in real time. So trained referees can’t? Of course they can, they just don’t want to because the game is corrupt.

Everton should be making a big deal about the decision to award a penalty for diving, seeing as though we were made an example of when Niasse was banned and it hasn’t happened to any one else yet (maybe WestHam?) biased and corrupt officials. We just roll over and take it like a puppy.

It was the fact that he was about 50 yards away and turned it down flat. No thoughts on it or anything.

I don't think it was a pen to be honest (no more than theirs anyway) but to just dismiss it out of hand when not being remotely in a position to do so just reeks of arrogance at best and pure corruption at worst.
