Just got back from seeing Blade Runner 2049. Blade Runner is my favourite film. Some of you know how down I've been on this whole thing, I didn't even want it to be made... it's absolutely stunning.

Same here, but I thought Scott would be directing it so I knew he'd make a balls of it.

I'm going to try see it this week, just can't decide on 2D or 3D as I actually like 3D in the cinema, especially for Sci-Fi.

I need to make something clear here lads, it's not perfect, it's not. But the flaws are so minor, and it's triumphs so spectacular it just doesn't matter. And this isn't a case of lowered expectations either, anything less than 9/10 and I'd have kicked it to the moon and back.

See it in IMAX 2D mate, or the biggest bloody screen you can. You want a belting sound system as well.

Going to watch Blade Runner 2049 again tomorrow evening. That will be the third time Ive seen it already.

Right up there with The Empire Strikes Back, Aliens, and Godfather Part III in terms of more than worthy sequels.

The second time I watched it, I enjoyed it more than the first time. Superb.

Watched "Kidnap" with Halle Berry and "Paper Towns" with Cara Delevigne yesterday on Netflix. Both were good, preferred Kidnap. Paper Towns was good up to a point, the ending was poor for me though.

These are all decent films.

Black Rain is a great film.

Very 80's and Douglas and Garcia are a brilliant pairing.
