Indeed. I'm not much of a fan of reading user reviews. Even on IMDB.
I try to read the " normal " reviews, if there are any.
In saying that I've read some really funny ones too
Anyone got a cineworld unlimited pass ?
Do you get your money's worth ?
Can you lend it to someone to use ?
Ta for any help, as my lad wants one.

It's one of those watch the trailer and you've watched the entire film and all the mildly funny bits.I take it the Film poster does it justice then ?
Wall-E is OK, but I agree on Finding Dory. Took my niece and nephew to see it when it came out, and it isn't a patch on NemoAye, tears of joy when it finally finished. Sheer unmitigated crap. I've seen a LOT of kids films now, and that one sits right down at the bottom with Wall-E. Abysmal.
Shame, I was thinking about revisiting that at some point.Watching Human Traffic at home on DVD. Not only has it aged badly, it's proper cringe worthy.![]()

I like all Seth MacFarlane's stuff but this is probably my least favourite of his films/shows. That said, the set pieces are all pretty funny, and 'A Moustache' is up there with the best of his musical interludes. To my shame, I always fall about laughing at the duel scenes as well. I'm such a child...!View attachment 34221
This was on the other night.
As with all Seth Macfarlane films it's very funny, with non stop gags all the way through.
Recommended.

Thought I'd go back to it having watched both Trainspotting films over the weekend. My vague memory was that Human Traffic was similar in mood, etc. My memory was wrong.Shame, I was thinking about revisiting that at some point.
Gert lush.
Yeah, but you have to get through a load of cringey scenes to get there. Still trying to uncurl my toes from the alternative national anthem...No way.
The bit where Danny Dwyer gets caught by his ma, cracking one off is stand out
