Watched We were Soldiers last night (again), great film depicting the greatness of the Yoo Ess Ay !!!
Saw this a while ago and meant to post about it. Such a mess of a film. Had some good moments, and had the potential to have a really cool dark twist into a pyschological horror, but instead just flip flopped between 2/3 genres, never making sense long enough in any particular one. And without that direction the "main" character, who could have been a really strong female lead, just looks like a complete loon half the time.Watched a handful of film the last couple of days
1 Night patrol, a group of LA cops are vampires, all I can say is defang the police, awful film with a complete lack of direction, you just want the vamps and the hood to wipe each other out as quickly as possible
2- Send help, it's not a rom-com, thriller, horror, action pic, it's just there, it's not awful, it's just a very bland film , you will struggle to remember anything about 10 minutes after it's finished
3-Strangeland, a mockumentary about a small American town where the population is slaughterd in 1 night, the only survivor found is a Mexican illegal immigrant who is accused of the crimes, this one I found interesting as there is evidence something else done it,worth a watch
4 The plague, centre's around a summer training camp for water polo, one of the kids is shunned /bullied due to a skin disease, doubt it will be on many people's to watch list but it is a decent film
War Machine.
Netflix latest shoot em up Saturday night popcorn film.
The fella who plays Jack Reacher joins the US Rangers and him and his Rangers have beef with a bad Transformer in the mountains.
The end.
Perfect for a Saturday night with a few beers.
USA ,USA, USA, had every stereotype you can imagine crammed in it, was ok pretty much what you get from NetflixWar Machine.

Yeah I have watched it, as you say quite a few plot slips, but after watching man in a High Castle, the dark and a couple of others it was nice to just watch a half decent series that wasn't too long and didn't give you a brain aneurysm trying to work out the plotPs - just about to finish - The Strain. ( 4 x series )
Been on my too watch list for ages and I didn`t think I`d enjoy it as much as I have.
Plot holes you could drive a bus through, with a real Stephen King tv series feel about it, but it`s really entertaining.
