No one, absolutely no one would think twice about investing in us when the first major headache would be to invest in developing a new stadium.

The Kirkby decision will be very interesting with regards to investment.

Moyes is responsible for turning the on the field situation around. Kenwright is generally irresponsible.

Kenwright has invested asmuch as he could into this club. He gave Moyes the money to get players. He sold his house to afford johnson, so you cant say he is 'irresponsible'

Lets not forget who appointed him in the first place. Not to mention sticking by him when we finished 17th...

Loving a club is one thing, selling your house to afford a player is another and is an irresponsible action to take. Saying that, if true, he may have sold his 8 bedroomed house with six toilets, two study's and a 4 acre garden in exchange for a much smaller scale of Mansion status. I dont dislike Bill, but his house certainly is not in order regarding Everton Football Club. His main passion will always be magnetised towards his theatrical enterprises. His blood brother should be David Moyes not Blood on the Dole.

He's bought as many shares as he could afford and wanted to flog them for a big profit on the back of the Kirkby deal. He's not invested anything into the club, it's just loaded with debt. The Fortress fabrication seems a tad irresponsible even if your Bill's mum ?

get a grip man. A blind man could see Bill Kenwright has been nothing but good for this club. I can't understand how people can give him stick tbh.

He has had is good points and his bad ones during his time at Everton but any blind man/woman would still know that he is not fully commited to the club. Ever since the great John Moores passed away, we have been led up the garden path in relation to the clubs income. Mr Moores sought only the best for the club and if that was not achieved, he ruthlessly punished those for not succeeding. How times have changed hey.

This is great news if true, but i'm a bit skeptical, how many times have we heard it before? And as far as moyes/kenwright goes, they have both given everything to the club on and off the pitch, and if either one of them weren't involved in the club we wouldn't be where we are today. Kenwright isn't perfect, but he atleast knows what it means to be a fan of the club he owns which is a rare thing for a chairman these days, and i think the bloke deserves a lot more recognition for what he has done, he has sacrificed more than any other chairman in the league imo.

I think he does feel out of his dept at times but "not fully committed" is probably a bit harsh. If anything he cares too much.

I think you can accuse Bill of a lot of things, but not being committed to EFC is not one of them mate, the man lives and breathes the club, mortgaed every asset he has for the club, and was part of the team that has us where we are, i for one will always be eternally greatfull to Bill for giving hope back to pissed on evertonians of my generation! History will show what a great man he was for theic club!(y)
