Because an ITK doesn't necessarily know everything about a transfer procedure.
I'm guessing this DAVIDMOYES guy has access to someone who views transfer paperwork, which is almost certainly all complete barring the medical, but he doesn't know anything from people who book medicals, or the agent, or the hospital the medical is performed at etc. etc.
Sure, he may have worded it badly, but to be honest I'm fairly sure that if he's had access to info about the Mirallas transfer via paperwork before it was released to the media, then he'll also have access to information confirming the deal is off.
I'm fairly sure the whole situation is in limbo - everything is done pending a medical but the agent/player are being t*ts.

Hope more than faith I guess, but it's far, far more impressive to pull out a name that NO ONE else has than to say things about players we already know are now linked. Especially things that can't really be proven or confirmed.

The OP said it was signed and sealed. That was a balls on the table statement that gave us hope - especially as he's got a 1 in 2 success rate. But this has never been really on has it?

Ok, I hear you, I have oodles of hope also. And yes, this guy obviously knew 'something' before anyone else.
But if a doctor called you from the hospital and said that your wife was brought in and died, only for you to find out an hour later that she'd just broken her leg, would "well, we got the name right! We clearly didn't just make the whole thing up." be good enough?
Sorry Davek but you're talking crap now. Mirallas was talking ABOUT EVERTON in front of the cameras so how can it not have been on in the first place? It's quite clearly been on for a while. We were linked with Mirallas in the press going back to February this year. The opportunity is there to try and sign him and it seems as though we're doing that.
Actually it's hard to tell whether or not this is ruled out by LCAB, being cryptic, saying that EFC's schedule was for him to have a medical today, but we'll see as you would think Arsenal being interested would make them favourites. Let's not have a go at LCAB whilst he's not here to defend himself though, eh? he's been a well respected poster on this site before and there's no need for some lids getting on his back.
