I think it's far more likely another European team will beat us to his signature, rather than Arsenal.

I think he'll choose the Premiership though and I still hope we're gonna get him within a few days. Mirallas, from his interview on SSN, was justifying moving to Everton it seemed, can't blame him for wanting CL, but come and earn it with us lad, I don't think there are any other big European moves lined up in a hurry for him. As I said a while back ago in this thread, we're a big name football-wise whether people want to acknowledge it or not. We're poor but we're big. And I hope this signing proves it.
