Maybe, but hes clearly a Toff - and as always say there is context, if we took everything litreally any regular poster who winds up or pop corns over the end of silly season would be banned, clearly we're not going to tear down the good humour and light hearted banter of the site either, i think people are missing the irony of his posts. Hes taking the mick - the reaction of people is the puchline to the joke.
We could have banned DavidMoyes for starting this thread - as it didnt seem realistic and i think we banned someone the other week for posting something out there that actually turned out to be true - i think it was when Pieannr was signing.
For me there is a difference difference then say a Norwegian coming on and posting a Jarg Fernandes rumour.
Anyway who knows if hes right or wrong yet.

Not having it mate, sorry. I don't think there's any great irony here, I think he's a plain old WUM.
If you banned everyone who said a bit of transfer info or popcorned yes there would be no one left, but this guy doesn't fit that bill. He repeatedly spouts nonsense that has been proven wrong repeatedly. David Moyes has about 4 posts, this guy has to chime in on everything.
And I'm not saying he should be banned to be honest, I just hoped the mods could see what he was doing and politely tell him to stop, as he seems a decent enough bloke that all aside. I'm really disappointed that you actually can see what he is doing and yet are essentially endorsing him, it's really quite odd to be honest.

As ive just been reminded, this is the same Alan Nixon that said we WOULD sign Jay Rodriguez and that Baines WAS being sold to Man United!.
Lad that reminded me of this said he's certain we'll sign Mirallas, just be patient.
LCAB said he was certain we'd sign him but he says Everton want to get him in for a medical, maybe even tomorrow, so we can get that done and dusted so we can get him signed up soon so Arsenal dont gazzump us!.
