Bit strange this , a young Everton goalie makes a cracking penalty save for his country in the World Cup finals that helps ensure they progress to the last eight and some seem to be having a go at him, odd.
I understand we all have players we don't rate and can't understand what others see in them. My particular criticism at the moment is reserved for M. Keane, but had he played tonight and made a match saving tackle to ensure victory I'd like to think that ,for one night at least ,I could allow that my opinion could be wrong and keep my gob shut.

As I have said on many threads on here ,I cannot "get" why so many on here seem to delight in slagging our own guys !
He is a class young keeper who will make the odd mistake.
He could become a really top class keeper who will last for the next 15 years.
What is not to like ?
