I may be wrong, however I recall being told that Kelly hadn't been actively leading the coaching for a while and someone else had stepped up.

I'm not the biggest fan of Pickford at times but even I wouldn't blame him for the fourth.

Can’t sell him he’s to important though. Ha. Body of work vs bonehead mistakes he’s still a clown. Him being irreplaceable is foolish thinking that’s the problem top to bottom.
