Well done Joel. I still feel like there IS a first team player in him you know, we just need to get those performances out of him more consistently, because he COULD save you a lot of money and hassle. I think he needs to have a few more of those games, get his confidence up and getting him coming out and collecting crosses against EVERY team, we've seen him do it loads against lesser sides but he looks nervous against the so called 'bigger' teams. But he does have a ability there.
