Perhaps a GOT member who resides in California and is more versed in the local laws and how police determine marijuana impairment can be of help here.I get that
( and I would love a spliff, but can't for fear of losing my job )
But if you are stopped by the Police Monday morning driving to work after having a few sliffs on Sunday is that termed as Legal.
Over here much the same with alcohol you would be arrested , fined and banned from driving if found to be in your system.

Yep, no family or individual should be above the law.TBF nothing would be better for the long term health of US democracy than Hunter Biden's case being independently and competently handled, including (if warranted) him being charged and convicted in the same court system as the rest of the country uses. No favours, protection or pardons.
In a functioning democracy, the next Republican president would pardon him. That kind of special treatment would not be fair or just, but it's an easy way for one side to extend an olive branch to the other to help keep the gears turning smoothly.Yep, no family or individual should be above the law.
I don’t know what’s happened to Biden lately, but he seems to all of a sudden give very very few F’s.
And I’m all for it.
Scoop from Hannity and Fox News here.
Crippling blow for Biden’s character.
