I think that we need to give Jo until the end of the season before we can judge him. If 6mil is the asking price I think we could do better tbh!

Hughes making noises today that Jo was expected back, only at GP to gain PL expereince.

Don't believe there is any option to buy.

Yup i tink Jo could play best in the hole he offers something different to Cahill and Mofro who can both play there.

He can take the ball advanced centraly, thread balls, and link up wing play hes best when hes finding space in the box coming in late if the deleivery is to feet.

He also does cool step overs nuff said!

Don't know about that Robert heard Hughes talk he wants to reduce squad numbers I can just about bet Jo isn't in his plans. If he doesn't come to us for a fair fee he will end up somewhere else.

For what it's worth, the Rumour Mill thinks Jo will be easily available should Everton want to retain him:

Mark Hughes will generously prune Manchester City's squad for his successor by getting rid of up to 16 players in the summer, including Jo, Benjain, Tal Ben-Haim, Felipe Caicedo and Elano.

Yak, Saha, Jo, Vic and Vaughan - a full cupboard.

I like Jo but i wouldn't want to waste any sort of decent fee on him.

Although i don't expect Yak to return to the player he was.

Still not sure of the lad, he seems to perform at Goodison but fails to make any impression on his travels. £2 million for next season with a view to make a move permanent for the 2010/11 season would be a wise move but most likely one the City would refuse.

Jo if the price is reasonable (what ever "reasonable" is these days.)

But I'm all for Elano.

Imagine him in the middle of the park with Arteta?

Nice.

He's a good player but goes missing too much. He won't fit in at all with the teamwork and work ethic here. He also thinks he's the main man too much.

Well he certainly won't fit in with us if he doesn't have a "team first" attitude.

Got to hand it to Moyes. He's done good to avoid any potential dressing room cancer type players and has crafted a solid team based on work ethic and character.

Moyes only wants decent lads apparently and has been slated for that in the past but in my opinion, it pays off.
