Player Valuation: £50m
NSNO have learned today that Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard will sign for Everton this week as part of the deal that took Andrew Johnson in the opposite direction.

Bullard originally wanted to stay at Fulham although they have failed to offer him the extended contract he was after.

The fee for the 29 year old former Wigan player is thought to be in the region of £4 million.

Make of it what you will, I'm not sure whether it's true or not.

I'd take him, he's a decent player and someone who could do a job straight away.

Wouldn't mind having him at Everton, but purely as a squad player. Could be very usefull in that role. Like to think about him as one of the high quantity signing Moyes was on about. If he's one of the high quality signings, we really are lowering our standards.

I have always rated him highly.

Anyone remember the assist he gave to Murphy for the goal that kept them up?

Gives absolutely everything, rarely gives the ball away and can provide a moment of brilliance. Sign him up.

Having seen him play so well for Fulham last season, i'd be happy with him. But only as a squad player.

In what sense would this be part of the Johnson deal ? Unless it was agreed that we would somehow have first option on Bullard ?

Sounds like wishful thinking to me. I hope its true like. He is a decent player and the type of player Moyes likes. Shame we never got him a few seasons ago.

He's similar to Osman. Less skill but better passing ability. He's also a freekick specialist and works his socks off. He'd also be useful to have in the squad, he's a good character.

For 4 million this could be a bargain, I'd rather have him in midfield than Valente or Baines. Hopefully we can get better and he can just be a squad player though. I'd rather have him than Alan Smith.

Alongside Cahill, Ossie, Peanuts and Arteta he would look a different class of player from where he is at now mate.
