2025/26 Jarrad Branthwaite

Not sure why he didn’t pass the ball back to Pickford which seemed the obvious pass

He tried too much and seems like he then got injured because of it

If he had just passed back to Pickford he wouldn’t have got injured
He was already injured. Keane spent the entire second half warming up and Branthwaite was on his haunches at least twice before the injury. It was a ticking time bomb

He over exerted his body by not making the pass to Pickford and that over exertion caused his injury it happened immediately afterwards

It’s pretty simple stuff to comprehend if you watched the game
Because if he had to stretch to make the right pass he may of got injured, it's just bad luck, hardly his fault

Jeez.
Medical experts and doom mongers on here is off the scale.
Probably did too much too quick from the first op and the reason for that is:-
a) He is class
b) We have a paper thin squad. Hopefully ,both will be addressed in the next transfer window.

b) - Moyes didn't want to sign a right back and insisted on playing our second best centre half at right back and our 4 choice centre back instead.
