Agree, need to get in a good competent CB this summer as Branths (as good a CB as you could get) body cannot take it. I would cash in when up and running again as it seems another break down will be just around the corner.

…..top drawer today, he went down earlier and really should’ve come off at that point because he appears to have severely damaged it again. He’s devastated and I’m devastated for him, fatigue and sprint on a tight hamstring at the end of a game is the perfect storm.

Another huge loss today. Tarkowski and Keane do a job but you could the confidence in the team drained when Brainthwaite left the pitch.

Unfortunately we can't rely on his fitness right now and for future planning. It's incredibly frustrating because he could have been one of the very best.

It also puts us in a difficult position too because he's on a big contract and can't stay fit. It's no one's fault but it's another problem we have to find answers to in the summer when really our money needed to spent on the other end of the pitch.

I think he is world class when fit and in form.

I do not believe he is likely to maintain enough of a period of good health to be what we need moving forward.

Unfortunately his injury record is starting to add up at a young age. Serious questions about his fitness and bodies ability to put a long consistent run of games together.

Should imagine he’ll already be being prepped for scans and then surgery. Don’t know if he’s just made of paper since the last injury (like dom was with repeat injuries) or if we haven’t looked after him well enough, very sad to see.
