We struggle in the three comps we're in. Add another and we'd need serious investment in the playing squad - all dependent on the comp. Can't see many coming here to play Europa Conference League football.

I think most people are in agreement that Calvert-Lewin was/is better than Beto. He left and we replaced him with a young striker who, again, most people would agree, isn’t as good as Calvert-Lewin. So through poor recruitment we’ve improved our creative midfield options with Grealish and KDH, but don’t have a goalscorer.

No one can beat DM other than Dyche - came in today put the Goalrush on most games teams in our league are 3 paces faster than us in build ups - even when Burnley got on top of the other lot & scored nice fast decisive football - we need signings a right back & a CF loans will do !

I just think we have approached this season differently in terms of style and it has killed the confidence of several players. We 'look' better but the reality is we aren't that effective. Part of that is the mishmash of players and style we have going. It just doesn't blend.

The failings by those responsible to realise the squad was inadequate and lacking cover and act accordingly, does not indicate they are competent for their roles.
We keep hearing the mantra signings have to be better than what we have. That dors not apply when what we have is too small in numbers.
