I doubt that very much, I don’t think we will go for a midfielder, with Armstrong coming back. And Moyes has been bitten once by Phillips. He’d deserve the sack if he went for him againKalvin Phillips, apparently?
Would be typical if he went for him, I suppose.
I'd be amazed if that happens.I doubt that very much, I don’t think we will go for a midfielder, with Armstrong coming back. And Moyes has been bitten once by Phillips. He’d deserve the sack if he went for him again
The perm-mullet tache combo is a very hot look right nowIts 2025 . Not 1985.
Our club motto is as dated as the perm.
I did see that the other day but wrote it off straight away mate. It never worked at West Ham for him under Moyes and I see no reason why it would now tbh. It would also be a surefire way of getting the fans on his back as I don't think it would be a popular move in general, even as a loan.Kalvin Phillips, apparently?

All depends on the structure of the deal. One thing to think about for future purposes, he’d qualify for homegrown status for European football.
Loan with a relatively small fee at the end of it - good business?
20m + - must be better out there.

Likes his senior players though.I did see that the other day but wrote it off straight away mate. It never worked at West Ham for him under Moyes and I see no reason why it would now tbh. Conor Gallagher on loan with an obligation is one I've heard doing the rounds.
Phillips is a different level of garbage though, he just seems to have lost anything he ever had.Likes his senior players though.
Won't be leaving Atletico till the summer, he has fallen out of favour somewhat as Simeone has gone slightly more with a possession based style but the club are not looking at doing any ins/outs during the winter window (It was on a Euro football thing I listened too the other day)Conor Gallagher on loan with an obligation is one I've heard doing the rounds.
Just heard it doing the rounds mate and thought it sounded like something wed look at - was thinking from his point of view hed be thinking of the World Cup, while an obligation may give Atletico a bit of certainty financially in planning.Won't be leaving Atletico till the summer, he has fallen out of favour somewhat as Simeone has gone slightly more with a possession based style but the club are not looking at doing any ins/outs during the winter window (It was on a Euro football thing I listened too the other day)
Yeah, he's a busy player. When all are back though do we need another MF over a FB or CF?
