Apart from Haaland, I've yet to see a football anywhere close to father's level. They're always hyped up in their teens due to the famous dad but pretty much always end up massive flops and go in the abyss. Jordi Cruff, Justin Kluivert, Alex Bruce are a few that spring to mind

There’s no transfer kitty stashed away waiting to be spent on a new manager. Don’t kid yourselves.

The problem is the same as it was in the summer and the summer before - we’ve no money, we’re in full scale Peter Risdale Leeds United mode, desperately reduce wage spend and sell good players to buy cheaper worse players.

We’re not signing players because they have to wait and see who’s left that they can do bargain deals for - we’re scratching around in the bargain bin.

When the board tie the DoF and manager’s hands to this extent you end up with signings like Dwight McNeil - it’s players way down the wanted list that nobody else is going for.

Every single bit of blame for this situation goes to the board. Sack themselves immediately.
