It was reported a few days ago, but I’ve just seen that Morelos from Rangers has been photographed in an Everton top whilst on international duty on Colombia.

Why would he do that?

He’s available on a free this summer.

Looks like the shirt from when Mina signed for us. I think we got a higher profile over there when Mina joined us and we increased our shirt sales etc

Ive quoted myself above as well here...

Just to double check im reading this correctly, you think Onana isnt above / level with Caicedo valuation wise?

Quite surprised at that...Id be surprised if stats supported this view.

2nd best player on the pitch (lukaku scored a hatrrick) in a number of media reports last match. Likely to start against Germany tonight for Belgium.

For me i think Evertonians are undervaluing him.
i think arguably., he will be better next season. But to suggest he is in that kind of, valuation, bracket is not accurate, he isn't consistent enough, he needs to still learn to control games, and in essence run the midfield, a couple of years from now, yes, i can see it. But, in my own humble opinion, for what it's worth, he isn't there. One game isn't enough, whether he played well or not in that game is fine, but he needs to be way more involved for me.

Discussing this also in the Onana thread.

Basically when you look at Caicedo and others who have been rated at crazy sums...the potential he has puts him up there.

See how he gets on vs Germany later.

Onana is in at 25.

15: Ramos we were linked with last summer

18: Hojlund we were linked to last week

19 Hincapie we were linked with in Jan

33: Obviously Johnson we were linked a year ago

Would be nice to have had those links become signings.

Hopefully a couple of summer signings coming up who may be on the list next time.

And no dough to replace them it seems.

LB: Mykolenko
CB: Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Keane, Holgate, Godfrey
RB: Patterson
CM: Onana, Garner

The key to this summer will be sales and investing in young players of high potential.
