We DO have four of them on the books and a couple more in the U21s as replacements in the Summer.

Alcaraz and Distin have looked hopeless which just leaves Jags and Stones both who have suffered from injuries recently. It's a big gamble to rely on those 4 before the summer however we have greater priorities.

Wow. That's the weakest bench we've had in a long time. Only Kone and perhaps Ovideo if we need someone to change a game.

Adversus. You think a club is as likely to make players available in January as they are in the summer ?

You may think that players are equally difficult/easy to buy in both windows but I think you are in a tiny minority.
Buying and selling players disrupts a squad. It is generally clubs in most trouble that do most business and pay dearly for it.
