Don't wanna say too much but iv had it on decent authority that distin and Martinez aren't on speaking terms and at the moment stones is ferrying messages between them. Also Coleman had mirallas by the throat at half time in the west brom game and mirallas has turned round and said [Poor language removed] it I'm off. Distin thinks Bobby is ashamed of him and they've fallen out. Big Dunc is acting as mediator and has his pigeons sending messages between the two of them in the hope that a resolution can be found. I don't want to say too much more as I know the Club are watching my every keystroke, but also, after the West Ham penalty defeat Baines said he was deleting all his Grease soundtrack song off his iPod as they reminded him too much of Joel's stupid John Travolta face. Joel found out, came out of the changing room to punch Baines, but missed. The Club's trip to Cleethorpes is an attempt to rebuild relationships in the squad, and nothing to do with fitness or hot weather.

I've probably said too much already, so that's your lot.
