I wouldn't put it past him to have done his homework on the Ref course and the limits of what breaches the guidelines, he also wears the Captains Armband which guarantees more leeway.

Players like him are a dying breed and when they are gone, that's when it turns full on into a pansy game.

Just look at him ( and Garner ) they both went 4/5 games at the end of the year on 4 yellows when we were depleted of players. He knows what he's doing..

Absolutely spot on.

Knows exactly what he's doing. Plays right on the line, like the best players do. Absolutely love the guy.

He was actively a liability for the first half of the season. Fair play, he’s improved somewhat but I struggle to even remotely concur with this shout tbh.

Agreed. If anything, Sir Michael Vincent Keane has been far superior.

A couple of years ago when we beat them at Goodison 2-0. Ill always remember the teams lining up in the tunnel. VVD saw Tarks and gave that brotherly captain to captain look. Tarks totally blanked him, proper "we mean business". Nothing like previous years with our players fawning over theirs.

Ive loved him, always like a player capable of S housing the opposition.

I think he was absolutely dump the first half of the season, second half he has been back to where he was in previous seasons. In a good position to slowly hand the baton over to a younger CB, but given his fitness record, would also not be surprised if he continues for a couple more seasons.

IMO he's been a disgrace. First half of the season he was like a lunatic out of control.

He clearly hasn't relished playing with Keane and looks like he's dug his heels in until JOB was chosen and then Branthwaite came back in.

A thoroughly unprofessional season we've had off him.
