Living where I do I dare say there are a fair few dodgy characters about. I'm happy with the principle that for the justice system to work we have to accept the rule of law and allow people to attempt to lead a normal life upon their release. Judging by the responses to this thread that would be impossible if people knew where they were.
They spent x amount of years inside a holiday camp, playing playstation and watching tv, then they have got released and got new lifes. All they lost was a few years of their lifes. Now they are free, to carry on as normal, without fear. Try telling the Bulger Family that this is fair.

Think that some miss the point here. They were only babys themselfs when they did it!! It's not an excuse as what they done was the most dispicable thing a human could do. But do you think they look back now and are happy..? they probably regret it each an every day. Maybe its best they are just left to get on with it in a country far,far away!! As some have said, if they had'nt come from such a scummy family would they have done this..? Im not trying to sick up for them, but at such a young age you cant just lock them up for ever. Their has to be a point of trying to let them live again. If they were Adults its a different story, but 10 yeas old. Its a very difficult one.

You may think you didn't know what was going on when you were that age but I'm about 3 years younger than them & at the time I remember being fully aware that they'd been sick, evil bastards so to just say they were only babies is a load of my arse. I couldn't give less of a [Poor language removed] if they regret doing it, the fact is they committed a crime so horrific it still turns my stomach to this day & yet haven't been punished even close to enough. It's nothing short of a disgrace that they're walking free now

Assuming that both are now rehabilitated, do they deserve a second chance?
