2025/26 Jack Grealish

Well, jack wont sign without knowing Moyes is here, any other manager and he will possibly be in the same situation as at city.

Why would we sign him long term if we're are thinking of replacing Moyes with a different kind of approach..

A loan suits both parties, both him and Moyes contracts ending at the same time..

Yeah it's guesswork, but I think it looks pretty realistic..

Jack's signed mate' Moyes will be manager
Next season

Jack was a gamble we didn't need to take. Looked promising for a coupla months, end of. Last minute waste of money cos no decent vision for the squad this season, hence no decent FB's (which in every other club add pace, width and decent balls in).

Just a bunch of kids in midfield and Jack. Way to go EFC. PLease don't extend this lad, he was game, lifted us a few times but his 'pace' has gone and injury doubt. Pfff.

JG would be mad to turn his back on £250k a week at city for the final 12 months. Further, seeing that contract out means he's a free agent on the end and able to sign a big juicy bonus for joining a club as an asset.
So I could see a loan being preferred for the player, his agent, and any future suitor. It's always about money, no one is in it for love.

A nice way for us would be another loan and then a deal for a couple of years before he swans off for a retirement tour in the MLS. He's got to recover from the fracture first and plan for it not occurring again.

It's really the only sensible option, it suits everyone involved..

Why would he be mad? He is set for life many times over, as are his kids, and his kids kids, and their kids if the planet hasn’t been decimated by that point

It’s clear he wants to play football joining us in the first place when I’m sure he could’ve gotten higher wages and a big contract at Saudi

He’ll sign if the club want him

But ye, a loan probably makes sense

Grealish never had pace to begin with

If that's the case then we will have picked the wrong manager. He's our best player, becoming clearer with every game he misses.
