Current Affairs Israel is an apartheid state

As you all know I have been pro Israel on here, and sometimes it can take an event to put things in prospective and having seen the events unfold in Amsterdam and the media only showing the aftermath and ignoring the anti Arab chants and taking down and destruction of Palestine flags from the Tel Aviv "fans" I've had time to think about the whole thing and I feel that I may have fallen fallen for propaganda of western media, if the translations on the videos I've seen are accurate then groups of people chanting about children in Gaza shows this is beyond political and there is a hatred within Israeli people. I had been vocal enough on the issue and know a few have put me on ignore because of my opinions, so I wish to apologise to anyone I pissed off, @Prevenger17 (not sure you'll see this) @Noisy noise annoys and anyone else I've gotten involved with.

Remember the Lille police conducted an anti-English pogrom against Everton fans. I hear Evertonians were using their children as human shields and were tunnelling under hospitals, creating “terror cells.”

Total respect. I never want an 'I told you so moment', it is not a nice feeling, especially on a subject such as this, but it is nice to know people can see the bigger picture given enough evidence.

You were right all along, I've been taken in by media portraying a 1 sided view of the whole situation and I doubted the videos showing the second side as they weren't from sources that I had considered reputable. I have some re-evaluation to do, it really only became obvious to me over the last couple of days that media in general were leaving out large pieces of information and I fell for it.

Big of you to post this, fair play.

At the same time, Maccabi Tel Aviv fans are among the most racist, unpleasant fans in Israel, after Beitar Jerusalem, and have plenty of form for this sort of thing. We shouldn't assume Israelis are all like them, just as we shouldn't assume all Palestinians are like Hamas.

Groups of grown men chanting about children in war zones shows that there is major issues among some Israeli people, the fact that these chants haven't gotten much coverage has shown me the bias within media.

The major issues are among the section of society currently governing Israel, the ones that want all the land and are indifferent to Palestinian life.

Wonderful people and company.

I treated them to some impressions of different accents before giving a PowerPoint presentation of different fantasy formations along with a free pamphlet listing the hottest young global talents.
