No, I mean people from Palestine will claim Hummus/shakshuka/shirazi salad or whatever as their own cuisine as will people from Lebanon/Israel/Syria/Jordan/bits of Turkey. They can argue about it at fair length in my experience. Fact is they all eat them. It's ace food.
