US being dragged into a confrontation with Iran heavily boosts the chances of Trump winning in November, which is what Netanyahu desperately wants.
A Trump victory would essentially give Netanyahu the green light to proceed with the annexation of the West Bank without facing significant opposition.

I am sure that is what Netanyahu thinks will happen, but I would be surprised if that is what would happen.
Since he left office the Saudis have been helping Trump and his businesses (and people like Musk) out a lot, and its been far more effective help than anything the lobby has done in that it has actually helped them. If he does win, I could well imagine Netanyahu being told that the only way out of this hole is to allow a Palestinian state (in Gaza and parts of the WB at least, but 1967 borders is also a possibility)

One of the things he does really well is produce things that sound crafted to be reasonable to western (in this case US) ears but are actually threatening to anyone from the region or who knows the history.
At the start he talks about how great Lebanon was until "gangs of tyrants and terrorists destroyed it". That was because of Israel (both directly and because of the explusion of Palestinians from Israel). He then argues that the Lebanese people should remove Hezbollah, which is a reminder of the civil-war that wrought such destruction and which the Israelis were deeply involved in. Finally he brings up the spectre of Gaza with a promise that Israel will it do to them next. Theres nothing in that statement that anyone who knows anything would draw comfort from.
I forget where I read this but some journalist pointed out that Hezbollah were deeply unpopular within Lebanon until relatively recently; the assassination of Nasrallah and the ground invasion have changed that.... and if they kick the IDF out again then it might push them into popularity across most of the Lebanese body politic.
