@Cork Evertonian thoughts?
I was going to say the Israeli threshold for collateral damage is going beyond even my worst expectations, but then I do wonder if they’re collateral…Speaking of which, overnight a school used as a shelter was bombed in Gaza City - reports say 90 dead, many wounded.
Netanyahu trying to derail ceasefire talks via again.
Iran are all talk mateWhile I see this developing into a wider regional war, I don’t see it escalating to nukes and dragging in US, China and Russia.
If Iranian hits in Israel are big enough then Israel will respond conventionally with cyber, cruise and ballistic missiles.
The worrying thing for me is the quote from the Israeli war cabinet that they would possibly have to operate IDF aircraft from Greece and Cyprus in the event of large scale attacks. Iran responded by saying if that happens then they would consider attacks on those states. This has the potential therefore to draw in the EU /NATO as Greece will defend Cyprus and the EU / NATO will defend Greece.
Netanyahu’s time is up I think. Hopefully someone from his own side will slot him and end this madness.
100% - getting the job doneI was going to say the Israeli threshold for collateral damage is going beyond even my worst expectations, but then I do wonder if they’re collateral…
… because more dead Gazans is probably what they desire, regardless of their military or political links.

Say hello to the 6th fleetYou can do whatever you want i guess as long you are on Uncle Sam side.
Just imagine reaction if for example Serbia started doing on Kosovo (again).
Kudos to the Irish Government again.
I repeat I am not a supporter of any party in the coalition Government but I acknowledge their consistency in message since October and before then.
