Absolutely and definitely yes.

Im so amazed you think a war crime is informing people in a building that youre going to destroy it due to terrorists operating inside (or another military reason) and giving them ample time to leave.
That is not a war crime...
Amnesty International
"Even if part of a building is being used for military purposes Israeli authorities have an obligation to choose means and methods of attack that would minimize risks posed to civilians and their property," Higazi added.
Similarly, B'Tselem, a leading Israeli human rights group, in a tweet said, "Bombing apartment towers, which are not a military target and leaving dozens of families homeless, is a war crime."
Clearly theyve taken steps to minimise risk to civilians AND stated there are military targets inside.
Theres no other way for them to take out the military targets other than a ground assault.
Theyre not blowing up buildings for the sake of it. If they were then they certainly wouldnt be giving advanced notice.
so do we agree then that if there are no military targets present then that would be a war crime?
Has there been 'collateral damage'? Have Israel or more specifically the IDF actively halted after any such 'collateral'? If not, they're accepting civilian deaths.Youve literally just stated that you believe Israel are deliberately setting out to murder innocent civilians.
This is beyond any reasonable comprehension.
You need to learn the difference between; This is beyond any reasonable comprehension.
This would be a war crime then presumably? This is the same IDF that shelled a UN school in 2014 despite being given the coordinates 33 times by the UN and repeatedly asked not to shell it.
Some people will still be prepared to defend them with various whataboutery.
That is correct...if its a deliberate attack on a civilian home or suchlike.

Israel doesnt recognise the ICCThis would be a war crime then presumably?
