Hamas is using them as human shields you know it. It's complicates things horribly. If Hamas would care about them they would do everything in their power to move them safe. But as we know it benefits their cause if civilian casualties pile up.

It benefits them and Bibi.
Israel is playing right in to their hands and it's costing thousands of lives.
Displacing a million people, moving them in to an area with no way out, cutting off water and electricity and then bombing that area is unimaginably cruel, every bit as bad as what Hamas did last week.
